AGSTA uses a copper-based preservative treatment process - H4 MicroPro Sienna Treatment. MicroPro® Sienna includes a micronised colour pigment system which gives a long lasting warm red-brown colour similar to local hardwoods. This is a new Generation Timber Preservative which is Global GreenTag™ Certified.
Durable Hardwood Natural & Perfect Rounds:
AGSTA timber products are manufactured from using farm grown native hardwood timbers. These rounds are suitable for roof rafters, verandah posts, orchard poles, fencing, landscaping and more. AGSTA uses Spotted Gum which is a popular Australian Native species. Given its natural strength, durability & resistance to pests, Spotted Gum is well suited to withstand the outdoor conditions in Australia. AGSTA's Spotted Gum round wood is three times stronger than treated pine posts.
Spotted Gum Specifications:
• Durability above-ground: Class 1 (life expectancy more than 40 years).
• Durability in-ground: Class 2 (life expectancy 15–25 years)
• Coupled with MicroPro® H4 treatment will ensure a long reliable in-service life.
• Termite resistant
• Natural fire resistance (suitable for use in bushfire prone areas with Bushfire Attack Levels of 12.5, 19 and 29)
Perfect Rounds
AGSTA's Perfect Rounds are machined to an exact size and give a consistent appearance.

Natural Rounds
Natural Rounds have a traditional appearance and are Micropro treated. Each round is manually debarked and graded for consistent quality.
Agricultural Rounds
Similar to Natural Rounds, Agricultural Rounds show all the natural features of our timber and are Micropro treated. They are debarked with a machine, giving them a more rough appearance - perfect for farm use such as orchards, landscaping and fencing.
Caps & Brackets
Not only do AGSTA provide quality Hardwood rounds, but also a unique bracket that supports the longevity of your fence. This system simplifies the fencing process to be a quicker build with no special equipment needed. AGSTA’s caps and brackets are suitable to be used with our Agricultural, Natural or Perfect Rounds.
